Independent four-jaw chucks 7103

Description

The chucks are designed for clamping and processing bar material and piece blanks of complex configuration, asymmetrical, eccentric (castings, forgings, etc.) on turning group machines.
The steel case of chucks with a diameter of 250-1250 mm has T-shaped slots GOST 1574 for the installation of various technological adjustments.
The accuracy of the chucks is "N" or "P".
Balancing accuracy class G 6.3 GOST ISO 1940-1.
According to the design, the chucks are made with one-piece or prefabricated cams (-01).
Chuck mounting type:
1 – "A" mounting on the flange end of the spindle according to GOST 12595 (ISO 702-1; DIN 55026);
2 – "J" mounting on the flange end of the spindle according to GOST 12593 (ISO 702-3; DIN 55027);
3 – "C" mounting through the intermediate flange GOST 3890 on the machine spindle;
4 – "D" mounting on the flanged end of the spindle according to GOST 26651 (ISO 702-2; DIN 55029).
At the request of the consumer, it is possible to manufacture a chuck for mounting through the DIN 6350 intermediate flange on the machine spindle.
Cartridges with a diameter of 800 mm with attachment to the machine spindle with a conditional cone size No. 15 and through an intermediate flange can be made with a through hole ø190 or ø280 mm.

Cartridge with a diameter of 400 mm with mounting through the intermediate flange GOST 3890 on the spindle, with integral cams, accuracy class "P" – 7103-400.S200 "P".
Cartridge with a diameter of 800 mm with mounting on the flanged end of the spindle according to GOST 12593, the nominal size of the cone No. 11 with prefabricated cams, accuracy class "H" – 7103-800.J11-01.
A cartridge with a diameter of 800 mm with mounting on the flanged end of the spindle according to GOST 12595, the nominal size of the cone No. 15 and a through hole ø190, accuracy class "H" – 7103-800.190.J15.
