Independent four-jaw chucks 7103-500

Description

Lathe chucks with four independent jaws comply with GOST Standard 3890 and are designed for clamping and machining bar stock and irregularly shaped, non-symmetric, eccentric workpieces (castings, forgings, fittings, etc.) on lathes.

The steel case of chucks has T-shaped slots 22h12 GOST 1574 for installation of various technological adjustments.

Cartridges are made of the following types:

1-mounting on the flanged end of the spindle according to GOST 12595; ISO 702-1 (A8; A11);

2-mounting on the flanged end of the spindle according to GOST 12593; ISO 702-3 (J8; J11);

3-mounting on the flanged end of the spindle according to GOST 26651; ISO 702-2 (D8; D11);

4-mounting through the intermediate flange GOST 3890 (C270) on the machine spindle.

At the request of the consumer, it is possible to manufacture a Chuck for mounting through an intermediate flange DIN 6350 (C420) on the machine spindle.

For performance cartridges are manufactured with one-piece and modular Cams (-01).
